Deborah Abela best selling children’s author was a delight as she celebrated the journeys of reading and she’s right in there taking books to kids. She gave a special recognition to Room to Read which has taken literacy to 6 million children in the developing world. www.roomtoread.org
Premier Barry O’Farrell spoke about his love of reading. He couldn’t make it without reading a chapter every night before he goes to sleep. Good one Barry.
